Bio for C. Chérie Hardy

Award-winning Educator, Author, Certified Life Coach

C. Chérie Hardy was born and raised in Florida. She is an award-winning educator who has served in public schools for almost 30 years. Ms. Hardy is also an inspirational speaker and certified life coach. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Foreign Languages from Clark College (now Clark University); a Master of Science degree in Education from Walden University; and an Educational Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University. Additionally, she studied at Laval University in Quebec City, Quebec. (Canada). 

                C. Chérie Hardy is the author of several books including, Three Nights in December (first novel); Wise and Wonderful: Life Lessons for Single Mothers; and The Orange Zebra, her first children’s book. Additionally, she’s worked as a voice personality, radio host, and narrated several theatrical works in the Atlanta Metropolitan area, including “The Present Day Ruth” by Anastasia Means Dallas.

                Ms. Hardy is currently a middle school teacher and  CEO of Avant-garde Books. She is an avid reader who enjoys gardening, traveling to historical sights, and watching international films and documentaries. She is the proud mother of one daughter. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  She currently resides in the Atlanta, Georgia.
